Your 1½‑hour adventure begins at the Rye Heritage Centre, home of the Rye Town Model and the ‘Story of Rye’ our popular sound & light show — the perfect introduction before youhit the cobbles. From there, our guide leads you through Rye’s winding streets and ancient alleyways, sharing stories that stretch from before the Norman Conquest right up to the present day.
There are two walks each week throughout the summer – Tuesdays and Saturdays – and they both start at 11:15. You can book online to secure your spot, alternatively you can come in and see us at Rye Heritage Centre on Strand Quay.
